Using a frozen drink machine is easier than you think — especially with Louisiana Specialty Drinks. Here’s a simple guide to help you get perfect results from your daiquiri machine every time.
Step 1: Mix Your Ingredients
Add the correct ratio of Zodiac™ syrup, water, and alcohol (if making cocktails). One gallon of syrup yields five gallons of finished drink.
Step 2: Pour Into the Machine
Fill the bowl to the indicated line. Do not overfill — this affects freezing.
Step 3: Turn the Machine On
Press the freeze switch and allow the mixture to chill. Most machines freeze in 45–60 minutes. Mocktails freeze faster.
Step 4: Serve and Enjoy
Once the light indicates it’s ready, pull the handle and enjoy smooth, perfectly frozen drinks.
