1) Initial Diagnosis

Before any work begins, we perform a thorough diagnostic to identify the issue and determine if it’s cost-effective to repair. If repairs aren’t practical, we’ll let you know right away — and you’ll only be charged the initial $145 diagnostic fee.

2) Deep Clean & Inspection

Your machine receives a complete internal and external cleaning. We remove dust, grease, and syrup residue, check all vital connections, and straighten any bent condenser fins to ensure optimal performance.

3) Repairs & Replacement

Once the machine is clean, we move on to repairs. This may include replacing worn parts, fixing leaks, or recharging freon if needed. We’ll always contact you for approval before replacing any parts unless you’ve pre-authorized specific repairs.

4) Reassembly

After repairs are complete, we carefully reassemble your unit to factory standards — ensuring perfect alignment, sealing, and operation.

5) 24-Hour Testing

Your machine is then filled, powered, and tested for a full 24-hour cycle. This ensures it freezes properly, runs smoothly, and dispenses product at peak performance.

6) Final Cleaning & Return

Once testing is complete, we perform a final sanitizing clean, wrap your equipment for protection, and prepare it for delivery back to you.
