ABOUT THE MACHINES
New Orleans’ own Louisiana Specialty Drinks rents and sells a variety of frozen drink machines. We also carry a full line of mixes to create your favorite daiquiri or other frozen mixed beverage!
Each batch of frozen drink concentrate makes approximately 80 eight-ounce frozen drinks or 65 ten-ounce frozen drinks. This will comfortably serve about 25 people with three frozen mixed drinks each. In New Orleans, you should double your order — just in case!
All you need to make your first batch is two ONE-half gallon of concentrate and ONE to TWO liters of liquor, rum, tequila, or vodka. Each half-gallon of concentrate makes approximately three gallons of frozen drinks. We provide you with at least two 3-gallon mixing jugs. The machine mixes these contents and creates delicious frozen drinks for you.
We can also accommodate high volume events such as fairs, festivals, carnivals and conventions! From events ranging from 50 guests to 5,000 guests—we have you covered! Just give us a call and our party-planning specialists will guide you through the selection process! Once you’ve made your choice, our delivery person will set the machine up, review all instructions and show you how to operate the machine.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
We deliver all of our frozen drink machines at a nominal fee as they are large and bulky and can be quite heavy. Delivery and pick-up will be made to ground level, easily accessible buildings and yards. There is an additional charge for upstairs, downstairs, long-distance hauling and for deliveries outside of our normal delivery area. Please make sure that the arrangements for delivery are explicit as there are extra charges if no one is home at the time of delivery or pick up, or for delivery or pick up at other than ground level.
*Note: Due to the size and weight of the machines we ask that you do not move the machines after we deliver and set up, unless you have our prior consent to move it.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter from time of receipt to time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. We do charge for missing, broken or rain damaged parts. Customers will be charged for broken, damaged, missing items as well as missed pick up times. Check with the management of hired halls, convention centers, restaurants and parks to make sure they will take care of our equipment for you before we have it delivered there on your behalf or should you have to leave it there. Please contact us immediately if damage does occur.
DAIQUIRI MACHINE RENTALS
We rent and sell used and new 2 and 3 bowl frozen drink machines. We carry a full line of concentrates to create your favorite daiquiri flavors. Each batch of mix makes approximately 80 8 oz drinks or 65 10oz drinks. This will comfortably serve about 25 people having three drinks each. In New Orleans, you should double your order just in case! All you need to make your first batch is a gallon of daiquiri, 1.75 to 2 liters tequila or rum and water – the machine freezes the product for you! We can also accommodate high volume events such as fairs, carnivals and conventions!
Machine rentals start at $125 with an additional delivery and set up fee. We deliver to New Orleans and the surrounding parishes.
